Griffins Wraparound Care
At Griffins, we provide a professional wraparound service for Beaumont pupils where parents can be confident of a high quality care for them whilst maintaining a fun yet structured environment.
Griffins have the same values of Beaumont: “Be Polite, Kind and Hardworking” Our aim is to create an atmosphere in which children can learn, work and play together happily. We aim to promote good relationships in an atmosphere of trust, harmony and co-operation. We place great emphasis on reward and praise. We encourage self-control and self-discipline, together with a responsible and positive attitude to standards of work, courtesy and behaviour in school. We believe this is achieved by motivating the children through the planning and delivery of well-matched, creative learning activities.
Breakfast Club
From 7.30am – Start of school We provide a healthy breakfast that allows children to have preferences and caters for special dietary requirements. Children will be encouraged to have a portion of fresh fruit or yogurt as well as choosing from the cereals, toast, crumpets and other breakfast items. The children have the chance to play, draw, read etc. in the free time available until school starts at 8.40am.
After School Club
From End of school – 6.15pm Following a healthy light tea and play (outdoors weather permitting) we provide a stimulating programme of craft, design and cooking activities including an hour’s teacher-led educational session on certain days of the week – differentiated to each child’s age. There is also the opportunity for children to have quiet personal time for reading, drawing, writing.
Menu Options
Breakfast Selection of cereals: Cornflakes Weetabix, Cheerios, Rice Krispies Cold or Warm Milk Yogurt and Fresh fruit Brown or White Toast, Bagels & Crumpets with a choice of: Butter / Jam / Marmite / Honey or Marmalade.
Tea – (this varies every day; examples are) Brown or White Sandwiches, Bagels or Tortilla wraps with a choice of: Chicken, Cheese, Ham, Hummus with Salad Cucumber & Carrot Sticks Brown or White Pasta with Tomato Sauce Hotdogs Beans or Spaghetti on Toast.
Pudding A selection of Fruit, Yogurts, Mini Custards, Cookies, Mini Rice puddings & More!

Scale of Charges
(From September 2024) Breakfast Club Daily Rate: £6.25* (from 7.30am – beginning of school day) After School Club Daily Rate: £14.00* (from end of school – 6.15pm) Additional charges will be applicable for late collections or non-pre-booked sessions (*subject to review)
Our Admissions Policy
Registration Process – Admission begins with registering your child with the School Office and payment of the registration fee.
Our Arrivals & Departures Policy
Parents/Carers are requested to sign their children in and out of the club in the register of attendance. This is to comply with Health & Safety and Ofsted regulations. Under no circumstances will a child be allowed to depart from the Club unless it is with a previously known or identified person. A member of staff must acknowledge departure of a child. Should the authorised person be unable to collect the child from the Club, they must tell the manager in advance, giving the name and identity of the person who will be collecting. It is the Parents/Carers responsibility to inform the club if their child will not be in attendance. Please do not rely on the School Office or your child to inform us.
